Who has ex officio voting rights in the University Senate?

(Senate Rules 1.2.2.4 describes ex officio voting rights. Most faculty administrators at or above the level of college dean are ex officio members of the Senate. Many non-faculty administrators are also ex officio members. Some ex officio members are always voting, some are always non-voting, and some have voting rights that depend on the year. SC staff will send an email to ex officio members prior to the first Senate meeting to document which ex officio members have voting rights in that particular academic year.
